Hunting accident: He reloads his rifle and injures another hunter

A hunting accident took place this Sunday in Brittany this Sunday.

A hunter injured one of his hunting companions this Sunday near Fougères, in the Ille-et-Vilaine department in the Brittany region.

According to our colleagues from Ouest-France, it was while reloading his weapon that a hunter accidentally injured another who was accompanying him in the town of Luitré-Dompierre. The injured man was transported to the Fougères hospital center.

The accident happened early in the morning, around 9:35 a.m.

Six hunters died during the last hunting season according to a preliminary report published during the summer by the French Biodiversity Office (OFB).
