MRE: transfers are around 86.89 billion dirhams at the end of September – Media7

Fund transfers made by Moroccans living abroad (MRE) stood at nearly 86.89 billion dirhams (billion dirhams) at the end of September 2023, compared to 82.52 billion dirhams a year earlier, according to the Office of Changes.

These transfers thus show an increase of 5.4% compared to September 2022, specifies the Office which has just published its monthly indicators of foreign trade for the month of September.

The Office also informs that the balance of trade in services records a surplus up 31.1% (+24.48 billion dirhams) to 103.32 billion dirhams for the first nine months of the year, compared to 78.84 billion dirhams a year ago.
