Handling requests from Canadian customersEnsuring good management of the various customer transactionsEmbodying, promoting and enhancing the image, products and services of the brand.Knowing, mastering and communicating the procedures, the specificities relating to the different categories of services, general conditions and legal obligations Comply with group policy and procedures in terms of security and confidentiality
