Why is Brock Lesnar’s return to WWE delayed?
Brock Lesnar is one of the most prominent and successful professional wrestlers of all time, currently under contract with WWE. Since SummerSlam 2023, Lesnar has been on an extended break. It was previously announced that he would return to WWE at the 2024 Royal Rumble to compete in the men’s Royal Rumble match.

Update on Brock Lesnar’s Return to WWE
According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Brock Lesnar will not return to WWE until he is cleared by WWE’s legal team. The report recalls that the company is still a defendant in Miss Janel Grant’s trial and that no conclusion has been reached to date.

No Imminent Return for Brock Lesnar
Earlier this week, Ringside News reported that they had heard from sources inside WWE that the lifting of the ban on mentioning Brock Lesnar’s name did not mean he would return anytime soon. Sources have indicated no signs of an imminent Lesnar return.
