Seating is at the center of the consumer vehicle experience and our seating solutions are developed from consumer research, prioritizing comfort, convenience and connectivity.About the RoleReporting to the Quality Manager, he/she is responsible for ensuring that the quality levels demanded by both customers and the company are met in every product under his or her responsibility, throughout their production life.Your Responsibilities
Ensure the implementation of the Quality system on-site.Drive problem solving in close collaboration with other departments and customers.Monitor non-conformities and customer complaint management (analysis, root cause, action plan…).Drive the quality performance of the site ( metrics, schedules…).Conduct audits.Track and ensure customer satisfaction.
Who we are looking for
Engineering degree or equivalent training in the field of quality (Bachelor’s)2 years in a similar desirable position.Knowledge of quality management concepts, tools, and methods.Knowledge of standards (ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, VDA 6.3:2016 )Mastery of Quality concepts/tools: FTA, FMEA, PDCA, 8DAbility to work under pressure

Fluent in EnglishAbility to assert oneself, flexibility, creativity, stress resistant.Self-motivated and able to manage own workload to achieve targets set by self or others.Ability to take decisions and solve problems, ability to lead a team or to work in a team.
