Ensure the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives Ensure a regular activity report to the client and top management Manage and lead a team of telesalesers: field animation, coaching, holding regular individual updates and team meetings, implementation place of support plan for low performers… Analyze individual and collective performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Ensure the availability of resources and means of production necessary to maintain flows Manage turnover, absenteeism and implement the necessary action plans Ensure administrative supervision of your team (leave, absences, delays, etc.) Alert about problems that could impact production
Required profile :
You have prior experience as a supervisor or team leader in a telesales activity You have a perfect command of French and English, both written and oral, You have analytical skills to understand and manage the achievement of objectives You have in-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices in telesales You are organized and rigorous You are recognized for your interpersonal skills You are proactive Leadership and strong managerial skills are essential qualities to successfully carry out your mission You are comfortable with office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet) and telephony
